When you send a request/booking the email has to contain following information.

The product you want
Tour start date and end date
Number of participants and how old they are (discount)
Extra equipment
Overnight
An offer will be sent to you by e-mail, together with all necessary payment advices. To confirm the booking a down payment has to be done within 10 days.
