Arvika and the surrounding area is well-known for its beautiful and abundant fishing grounds. In Glafsfjorden, you can catch up fish such as walleye, perch, pike, grayling and salmon. In Arvika Kanot & Turistcenter, you can buy most of the permits which are in our area. In the center you can also buy fishing equipment and get fishing tips. The boats we use are 440 Linder aluminum boats that is equally suited for sport fishing as a family outing. The boats come with 4 hp boat motor, life jackets and oars.
Fishing
There are many different kinds of fish to catch in the lakes and rivers around Arvika. Fishing permits are available at Arvika Kanot & Turistcenter and Arvika Tourist office. A single card that allows you to fish in several lakes is available.
