Each yoga session is created specifically for you and find the lung you need from nature. I hold yoga classes at all levels, for example for beginners and more advanced classes. But if you want, we can also book a private yoga session.
Dress for the weather, which is movement and comfort friendly as we will be out in the woods and beach. If the weather does not allow us, we go into the Store tipi or Yurt.
