Tour A - Glaskogen

This tour is suitable for those who are looking for solitude in the wilderness. You will go through the natural reserve of Glaskogen which is surrounded by vast forests and transparent lakes. There are beautiful canoeing routes passing through several of the 80 lakes situated in the reserve, with great fishing opportunities and unique nature experiences. Try to camp in the area, spend the night under the open sky, sleep in a windbreak or use any overnight cabins.

Tour B - Rinnen
Beginning in the lake Rinnen, the route follows the Brunsberg river down to Lake Värmeln - a beautiful lake considered to have given its name to Värmland itself. A tour where you'll see almost no houses but discover a multitude of little islands.

The tour starts in a pretty isolated area with abandoned farms, vestiges of the Finnish immigration in the 17th century, and follows the loveliest valleys.

Tour D - Köla

This is an easy tour that is suited well to those with less canoeing experience or families with children. Starting in lake of Skjervangen in Norway, the tour follows the sinuous Köla river through the lakes Hugn and Ränken and all the way to the centre at Ingestrand.

Tour E - Värmeln

Like the Rinnen tour, the Värmeln tour offers a very nice tour of the lake Värmeln, which lends its name to our region. It is a quiet and unknown area where you can find many remote islands, as well as very good shopping facilities. This trip has at least two land transports and maximum five.

Tour F - Lillälven

The tour begins in the southern part of the natural reserve of Glaskogen and follows the Lillälven river, which passes through a few lakes in the middle of the wilderness before going into the river Byälven. Then, it continues on to Lake Glafsfjorden to end at the canoe centre.
